The breakfast staff were very helpful and polite.
I was really disappointed. The hotel has stopped doing the tasting menu, the main reason I went. It was replaced with tiny portions of overpriced food.

the gardens were nothing special when i arrived. i expected manicured grounds. the room was clean, but the price i paid did not match the experience. not being able to add drinks to the room bill were also a pain.

the room had high ceilings this. the staff were all lovely friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble for them.
the building impressed me upon arrival however the welcome at reception was not warm the member of staff focused on payment details. our suite lacked a mini fridge also the toilet paper was very basic.
